Join us for an evening of sonic exploration into ourselves and the realm of inner guidance, wisdom, connection, and presence. Sound can alter our brain waves, transporting us deeply into other states of consciousness where we become more receptive and open to the inner guidance, intuition, and ancestral wisdom within us. In community, we'll use breath, body, and deep listening to drop in and root ourselves in compassion, wonder, and love.
If you have never attended a sound bath meditation, please know you are encouraged and welcome to be your whole self. Please bring items that will allow you to be comfortable and supported throughout the experience (e.g., a mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask). Consider bringing a journal to capture some of the insights and information that come with the experience.
